Whether at your home, via zoom, office or a park convenient for you, I will bring all the equipment for our session together. This is designed so that you can workout wherever suits you.

Locations: Sydney CBD, Inner West, and Western Sydney.
Outside of these areas: $120/session.

VIRTUAL CLASSES (minimum 5 people) Packages starting at $120 

Online group training is run via zoom. These sessions are suitable for corporate groups. There are different sessions on offer:

  • Mobility and Relaxation 
    • Using simple body movement, stretching and breathing techniques to learn how to relax the body from the head to the feet.
  • Beginner Mobility and Movement
    • Using your body in the correct way to increase mobility for reduced chance of injuries and to correct posture.
  • Bodyweight Fitness 
    • Using no equipment, this is a higher intensity session aimed at intermediate level trainees. Beginners can join too but may need to modify some movements.
  • Stretch and Meditate 
    • This session is based around stretching, with a short guided meditation at the end. This is particularly useful for stressful work environments – use these sessions to relax and get our of work mode.





Training programs are tailored specifically to you and your goals. They are usually programmed on a month-month basis as it is important that your goals are reassessed regularly.

Training plans will include all aspects of your physical fitness regime including (but not limited to) strength training, cardiovascular activities, stretching, sport-specific work etc. It will also include important information about when and where you should be working out and when you should be resting. We will work together to find the best fit for you and this is completely tailored to your needs.

Weekly check-ins and accountability included.
