1 on 1 Mobile Personal Training

1 session $90/session
4 session package $320 (save $40)
10 session package $750 (save $150)

Whether at your home, office or a park convenient for you, I will bring all equipment for our session together. This is designed so that you can workout wherever suits you.

Locations: Sydney CBD, Inner West and Western Sydney.
Outside of these areas: $120/session.

2 (or 3) on 1: Bring a friend Personal Training 
$50 each 

 

Small Group Training + Corporate Fitness Groups $20 per person (minimum 5 people) 

I will bring all equipment to a location of your choosing.

Training Programs and Exercise Prescription

Training programs are tailored specifically to you and your goals. They are usually programmed on a month-month basis as it is important that your goals are reassessed regularly.

Training plans will include all aspects of your physical fitness regime including (but not limited to) strength training, cardiovascular activities, stretching, sport specific work etc. It will also include important information about when and where you should be working out and when you should be resting. We will work together to find the best fit for you and this is completely tailored to your needs.

Weekly check ins are via email, text, FB or Insta.

$180 / 8 week program.

 

Weight Management Program

If you struggle with losing weight, this is a great package for you to get started. This 8-week program is designed to give you the tools to lose weight and learn about health and fitness and how to apply it to your life.

We work together to find a solution for training and nutrition that work alongside with your current lifestyle. We will track everything and ensure that you are succeeding and getting closer to your goals.
